  • What should I wear and bring?
    Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes, as some assessments may involve movement. Bring a photo ID, any relevant medical history, and a list of current medications if applicable.
  • What’s included, and what should I expect?
    Your 3-4 hour wellness overview includes a comprehensive health assessment covering lab biomarkers, mental health, cognitive function, nutrition, fitness, and primary care consultation. Expect a personalized, data-driven experience with expert guidance on optimizing your long-term health and well-being.
  • Where will this take place?
    Your appointment location depends on your city: Atlanta: 55 Ivan Allen Plaza, Suite 310, Atlanta, GA 30308 Birmingham: 813 Shades Creek Parkway, Birmingham, AL 35209
  • How long does the appointment take?
    The wellness overview takes approximately 3-4 hours, providing a comprehensive assessment in a single visit.
  • What's included in a Sperity Health membership?
    We currently offer three membership tiers: Intro, Pro, and Max. Intro covers all the basic scans/labs for a single individual. Pro is designed to cover all of the necessary scans/labs for an individual and their spouse and offers a few longevity health solutions. Max is designed for a couple who is looking to cover all of the necessary scans/labs as well as take full advantage of all the latest longevity health solutions available.   • Does Sperity Health cover Co-Pays?
    Sperity Health covers 100% of all the tests in your tier that your insurance does not cover. If your insurance does cover something we want to utilize the money you are already investing into your own health insurance. In those situations where your health insurance already covers an item, you will be responsible for any co-pay or remaining balance. Everyone's health insurance coverage is different and we are unable to predict what your co-pay may or may not be. These costs for items covered by your health insurance can be determined in advance by contacting your health insurance company. Sperity Health's goal is to cover life-changing and improvement labs, tests, screenings and programs that your insurance does not cover. We pay for all of these options. Also, if an item on your tier happens to be covered by insurance we will replace that with a new item from our extensive lists of beneficial labs and screenings.   • Where is Sperity Health located?
    Sperity Health currently serves Alabama members in Mobile and Baldwin counties. We're planning to expand to Birmingham, Alabama and Nashville, Tennessee next. Sign up to our newsletter to receive the announcments and other updates from Sperity!
  • Do you provide a single point of contact to go over my test results?
    Yes, we have one single point of contact that is a medical 3.0 physician to speak with and review all labs/test results.
